What does the price include?: A single split is priced as the complete kit with indoor and outdoor unit; the certified F-gas installation, without which we do not sell splits, is added at a fixed price (249,00 €). A portable air conditioner is a single unit, with no outdoor part and no installation.
Will you take away my old air conditioner?: Yes, free when we deliver the new one, as the WEEE law requires. A portable unit just needs unplugging; a fixed air conditioner is collected once removed. If you buy a single split, removal of the old one with gas recovery by an F-gas technician is quoted at installation.
Will you take my old appliance?: Yes, free when we deliver the new one, as the WEEE law requires: just keep “Free old-appliance take-back” selected.
